Data, purposes and legal basis
This website has no contact forms or user registration. When you contact the practice by phone or email, we process your identifying and contact details and the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, arrange an appointment or a professional engagement.
Enquiries about engaging our services are handled on the basis of pre-contractual steps requested by you and, once an engagement is agreed, performance of the contract. Other correspondence is handled on the basis of the practice’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it. If you act on behalf of an organisation, your professional contact details are used to manage that relationship on the basis of legitimate interest.
Browsing may involve processing technical data, such as your IP address, access date and time, requested page and browser information, to deliver the content and protect the website against incidents and misuse. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure.
Providing information for an enquiry is voluntary; without the necessary details it may not be possible to respond or deal with your request. A general description of the matter is enough for the first contact. Please avoid sending sensitive documents until we have explained the appropriate channel. Specific information about the processing of professional case files will be provided when the engagement is arranged.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting, communications, email and IT support providers may access data when involved in delivering those services, subject to the applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities and bodies where required by law.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Its international infrastructure may involve processing technical data outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing agreement provides for the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the additional safeguards applicable to restricted transfers. You can also read its privacy policy and ask the practice for information about the applicable safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up. Once that purpose has ended, it is erased unless it must be retained, with restricted access as required, for the periods applicable to legal obligations or potential liabilities arising from the relationship. Technical data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and prevent, detect or investigate security incidents, according to its purpose and the hosting configuration.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability where applicable, by writing to javierbello@icatf.com.es or to the postal address above. Please identify your request and the data concerned; additional information to verify your identity will only be requested when necessary.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies, statistics and automated decisions
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate visit and performance statistics, understand how the website is used and improve its operation. The information may include pages visited, referring websites, country, device type and page load times. According to the provider’s documentation, this tool does not use cookies or local storage for measurement and does not track individual visitors through IP addresses or fingerprinting. Further information is available on the Cloudflare Web Analytics website.
The website’s code does not set first-party cookies or include advertising. The hosting provider may use technical security mechanisms necessary to deliver the service. This website does not create individual profiles or make automated decisions producing legal effects on visitors.
If features are introduced that change how data is processed or require consent, this information will be updated and consent requested where appropriate.
